Fi-Streem III XL- Distillation, Type II Water Purification System

- Description
FI-STREEM™ WATER DISTILLATION SYSTEM:
Through distillation, the Fi-Streem stills remove a wide range of impurities such as inorganic ions, dissolved gases, organics, particles, bacteria, and pyrogens. The Fi-Streem sills will consistently produce ASTM Type II, pure water.
Ease of use is done with the simple press of a button to make the still operational. With the press of two buttons, the still will go into a clean mode.

- Economical
- Consistently pure ASTM Type II Water
- Reliable and effortless use
- Multiple safety features
- Highly efficient
- Easy to install & simple to clean
- Space-saving design
- Wall or bench mount
- Connect to tap or pretreat source
- Multiple options available
- Liters per hour
- Voltages
Designed with dual feed capabilities, the still can be connected to a tap or pretreat water source. It will optimize the efficiency of the still plus it can decrease scale build-up within the boiling chamber, creating less maintenance for the lab.
It also has a space-saving design and can be placed on the bench or wall. Each Fi-Streem comes with a wall mounting bracket.
Our Fi-Streem stills are also economical and versatile. They are available in a variety of flow rates, voltages, and in a bi-stiller option. The float switch also allows flexibility to be hooked up to a tank or carboy so that the still will shut off once the reservoir is full.
There are also numerous how-to videos on our YouTube channel to aid in installation, operation, and maintenance.
The Fi-Streem produces Type II water via distillation. This process of purification can remove a wider range of impurities than any other form of purification. This helps expand its applications and can be used for:
- Preparing buffers & reagents
- Media preparation
- pH solutions
- Spectrophotometry
- Bacteria & pyrogen removal
- Cell culture preparation
- Glassware rinsing & washing
- Inorganic ion removal
- Particulate removal
- Hydroponics
- Solid-phase extraction
- Top off lead-acid batteries
- Pharmaceutical research
- General Chemistry
Again, this type of water is needed for many basic lab functions so it can be used in a variety of industries. Some of these again include colleges and universities, water treatment plans, research labs, oil, coal mining, concrete plants, and grain processing plants.
Pricing varies as there are a variety of options to choose from to meet a lab’s needs. There are options for flow rate by liters per hour and also voltages. At the end of the day though, pricing is still competitive.
