Pass-Through Chambers — Clean Material Transfer
Pass-through chambers allow materials to transfer between clean and unclean zones without opening cleanroom doors — maintaining pressure differentials and minimizing particle intrusion. Interlocked doors ensure only one side opens at a time, preventing direct air paths between zones.
Labs USA supplies static pass-throughs (no filtration), dynamic pass-throughs (with HEPA-filtered laminar flow), and air shower pass-throughs for decontamination. Available in stainless steel, powder-coated steel, and polycarbonate construction.

Do pass-throughs need HEPA filtration?
Static models (no filtration) work for ISO 7–8 transitions. Dynamic models with HEPA-filtered airflow are recommended for ISO 5–6 environments. Labs USA recommends the right type based on your classification requirements.
