RidgidWall Cleanroom

RigidWall cleanrooms are the perfect solution for a functional showpiece within a manufacturing environment. The clear acrylic panels and extruded aluminum frame provide a rigid structure to keep particles from the ambient environment out, as well as create an elegant enclosure to showcase your product and process. Meeting ISO class 8 to ISO class 5 requirements, the RigidWall room is great for any operation.

Our RigidWall cleanrooms are comprised of a powder coated white, extruded aluminum frame and ceiling grid structure. The wall panel frames are 2″ thick and hold a 1/4″ thick clear acrylic panel to provide visibility from floor to ceiling. A standard 3′ 0″ x 7′ 0″ man door and closer comprised of the same material as the wall system is included for entry into the room. The powder coated white extruded aluminum ceiling grid matches the walls and is provided with a closed-cell foam gasket which creates the seal once the ceiling components are inserted. Ceiling components include HEPA fan filter units which are 99.99% efficient at 0.3μm and larger, cleanroom fluorescent light troffers, and vinyl covered cleanroom ceiling tiles. Easy locking hardware allows for simple assembly, and the modular cleanroom construction of the room allows for expansion, contraction, or relocation at any time.

The rigidity of this system allows for the cleanroom to be used as a one-pass air flow, or recirculating air flow depending on the need for temperature and humidity control. In instances where temperature control is a must, return air chases can be added to the interior or exterior of the room. Customers can use the RigidWall system as a standalone enclosure modules or dividing/partitioning walls within an existing space. With this system, the possibilities are endless.

Cleanroom Specifications: The RigidWall system includes the powder coated white aluminum frame, 1/4″ clear acrylic panels, powder coated white extruded aluminum T-grid with closed-cell gasket, man door with closer, motorized HEPA filter modules which are 99.99% efficient at 0.3μm and larger, Class 100 T-8 fluorescent cleanroom light fixtures at 3500K, and vinyl covered cleanroom ceiling tiles.
