Labs USA supplies lab tables for research facilities, universities, hospitals, and industrial quality-control labs across the Mountain West. Whether you need chemical-resistant science tables for a teaching lab, height-adjustable workstations for an R&D lab, or heavy-duty industrial tables for manufacturing QC — we design, deliver, and install the right solution.

Lab Table Surface Materials

The work surface is the most critical spec for any lab table. We offer five material families to match your application:

  • Epoxy Resin — The gold standard for wet chemistry. Resists acids, bases, solvents, and heat to 350°F. Seamless, non-porous, and easy to decontaminate. Best for chemistry labs, biology labs, and pathology labs.
  • Phenolic Resin — Excellent chemical resistance at a lower price point. Lighter weight than epoxy. Ideal for teaching labs, student workstations, and general-purpose lab tables.
  • Stainless Steel — Autoclavable and impervious to moisture. Required for cleanrooms, pharmaceutical labs, food science labs, and any GMP environment.
  • ESD Laminate — Static-dissipative surfaces for electronics testing, calibration labs, and semiconductor QC. Meets ANSI/ESD S20.20 requirements.
  • Solid Maple — Traditional, durable, and warm. Popular for physics labs, maker spaces, and light-duty applications where chemical resistance is not critical.

Table Configurations

  • Island Tables — Double-sided tables placed in the center of the lab for collaborative or high-throughput work
  • Wall Tables — Single-sided tables positioned against walls, often with upper shelving and service fixtures
  • Peninsula Tables — One end attached to a wall or casework, the other open for access
  • Corner Tables — Custom L-shape or angled units that maximize corner space

Height Options

  • Fixed Height — Standard 30″ or 36″ working height. Most economical for permanent installations.
  • Adjustable Height — Manual crank or electric motor adjustment from 28″ to 44″. Essential for ADA compliance and shared-use labs.
  • Standing Height — 36″–42″ fixed height for labs where staff work standing. Common in pathology, histology, and manufacturing QC.

Popular Lab Table Sizes

Standard widths: 24″, 30″, 36″. Standard lengths: 48″, 60″, 72″, 96″. Custom dimensions available for any layout. All tables include leveling glides; locking casters available on mobile models.
