Variable Height Pail Dispenser provides several settings for dispensing five (5) gallon plastic or steel pails. Dispense by turning the hand cable winch. Pail Dispenser has a tilt back “hand truck” design and can go virtually anywhere. Includes front steel wheels and top wheels for easily loading unit into a van or truck. Steel construction with a baked-in powder-coated toughness.
