The Portable Hand Winch Lifter is easy to maneuver with two (2) rigid and two (2) locking swivel wheels. It features a removable platform with adjustable forks underneath for increased versatility. The handle length on the hand crank may be adjusted to increase or decrease lifting/lowering speeds.
