The Pneumatic Tire Hydraulic Elevating Carts are designed to be ergonomically friendly for use in landscaping and construction sites. The unit is constructed of powder coated welded steel for long lasting durability, while moving smoothly on pneumatic tires over the roughest of conditions. The cart can be elevated or lowered with the foot actuated pump and can be held in place while in use with the additional safety stops.
