A Galvanized Two-Speed Cable Puller is great for use in horizontal pulling applications such as positioning equipment, stringing lines and emergencies. Can be used in both single and double-line pulling applications. Handle ratchets to take-up cable. When handle is rotated all the way back, the cable reel will free-wheel. Not for use in vertical lifting applications.
