Super Erecta Hot is a super flexible and efficient way to keep food hot while preparing, serving, staging or holding hot food items. This convenient solution allows you to add heat to any Super Erecta storage unit or workspace. Each heated shelf is self-contained with an adjustable thermostat to control temperatures up to 200˚F (93˚C). Enclosed Shelf Kits include heated shelf, non-heated stainless shelf, side panels, hinged doors on control side, sliding doors on opposite side, and split sleeves for each shelf (posts not included). Minimum clearance from bottom of shelf to combustible surface is 1.5″ (38mm). Recommended minimum spacing between shelves is 5.73″ (146mm).
