The accounting responsibilities include managing expense reports and reimbursements, entering financial transactions into our internal databases and reconciling invoices — experience in bookkeeping procedures and run the accounting department smoothly, ensuring transparency and efficiency in all operations.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office: Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint
- Knowledgeable with some QuickBooks, Lawson, and ADP.
- Knowledgeable with Microsoft Operating Systems and iOS
- Strong organizational skills and work ethic
- Basic conversational: English/Tagalog
